I’m a Health and Fitness Coach specializing in helping women over 40 build strength, improve metabolism, and feel confident in their bodies — without extreme dieting or punishing workouts.
After years of helping women with their health and fitness, along with the education to understand the science behind it (B.Sc in nutrition, MSc in Exercise Sciences), I have learned a lot about how our body changes through menopause and overall aging.
I believe this stage of life isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what works.
And strength training is one of the most powerful tools we have.
